By ordering products from our website, you confirm that you accept out terms and conditions.
‘We’ ‘Our’ or ‘Us’ means ILOVESKIN Ltd.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude shipping fees. The cost of our ingredients can vary and we therefore reserve the right to change our product prices without prior notice. This does not apply to products already ordered and paid in full.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders will be processed and despatched upon receipt of payment.
We accept online payments by credit or debit card or through Paypal. If you wish to pay by bank deposit we can send you an invoice with banking details.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Postage will be charged as stated on the website, unless otherwise arranged with the customer. We reserve the right to change and amend our postage prices. For details of current postage charges, please refer to our shipping page.
RETURNED / UNDELIVERED PACKAGING
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the delivery address is entered in full (including flat number, security entry code etc.), and that the address is complete and postcode correct at the time the order is placed. When the delivery address is a company address, the company name must also entered, along with the name of the recipient.
If the parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail or the Courier, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred for the shipping of your parcel.
Should you decide to have your order re-sent, please notewe will request payment of the applicable shipping fee.
Should you decide to request a refund, we will refund the cost of the products only.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
ILOVESKIN will endevour to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If for some reason we are unable to do this we will conatct you by email or phone. Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail and in most cases orders are delivered 2-3 days after dispatch.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times/dates and accept no responsibility for loss resulting from delivery delays.
The majority of orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, however, occassionally there maybe a delay which is beyond our control.
If you have not received your order withing 5 working days, please check in the usual places your postman leaves parcels for you, and contact you local sorting office to check if they are holding your parcel for you, sometimes the card goes missing. 99% of missing mail is at the sorting office and if not collected it will be returned to us after three weeks.
Please note we cannot re-send items or issue refunds for lost parcels until at least 15 working days after placing your order has passed. We accept no responsibility for loss or any other consequence caused by delayed deliveries.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once an order has been placed we are happy to alter it / correct spelling mistakes as long as it has not been dispatched.
If you change your mind and wish to return a product, you must notify us of your intention within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept unopened, unused products for a refund, provided they are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
All return costs are the customers responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty product.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT GOODS
We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products withing 3 days of receipt.
Damaged goods must be photographed and sent to us otherwise we accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. It is at our discretion that we send a replacement.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch.
Cancellations after your order has been dispatched must be done within 7 days from receipt.
We will not refund shipping costs if you choose to cancel your order after dispatch.
SUITABILITY OF PURPOSE
We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion and common sense. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from goods supplied.
HEALTH AND SAFETY

Pregnant customers and those on medication are urged to check suitability of our products with their GP. By purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that some natural ingredients, essential oils inparticular, may still cause sensitivity in suseptible individuals and that ILOVESKIN Limited will not be held responsible for such occurences.

By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medical conditions. We use the information you provide to complete orders, keep you informed of the progress of your order and to send you further information. If you register your email with us for our newsletter or for new product updates, your email address will never be passed onto third parties.
